We're seeking talented and passionate Line Cooks and Senior Line Cooks to join our beautiful restaurants!

The Distillery Restaurants Corp. is the creator of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits, Madrina Bar y Tapas, District Pizza, and Distillery Events (Archeo and The Loft). • What you’ll experience with The DRC:

• $19.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR plus food discounts at all our restaurants

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing food according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by our Executive Chef
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining clean and organized stations
• Following FIFO method to ensure product freshness
• Transporting food and supplies between outlets as needed
• Reporting equipment or utensil issues to the Chef on duty
• Collaborating with BOH team members
• Promoting DRC’s core values daily
• Performing other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the kitchen:

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent experience
• Genuine passion for food and creativity
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Humility and good humor
