Qualifications

• 5+ years of total administrative or operational experience.
• 3+ years specifically in Life Insurance administrative or sales support.
• Strong Excel and Word proficiency.
• University degree is a strong asset.
• Industry knowledge of life, critical illness, and disability insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Process life, critical illness, and disability insurance applications and manage high-priority inbox requests.
• Perform complex calendar management and daily scheduling tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare monthly operational reports.
• Collaborate with onsite colleagues and virtual teams to ensure smooth back-office execution.
• Adhere to policies, risk management, and audit compliance; identify process improvements.
