Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large North America-based team across Canada and the U.S.
• Coordinate with Valuation, Reporting and Market Units to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent North America in global operations and data process optimization.
• Oversee audits of client administration and operations.
• Ensure data governance and timely, accurate data processing.
