Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a Licensed Service Technician for Audi Thornhill. You will perform repairs and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines and use advanced diagnostic equipment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a fast-paced dealership environment, a valid 310S license and a valid G license.

You will work with service advisors and verify warranty eligibility. We offer $39–$45 per hour plus benefits including health and dental plans, training programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Valid 310S automotive service licence.
• Valid G driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage prior to repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
• Complete repair orders accurately and maintain clean work area.

Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Licensed Service Technician to join the team at Audi Thornhill.

Pay Rate: $39-$45/Hour (Flat Rate)

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance services following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair techniques
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Technicians with 3+ years in a fast-paced environment and a valid 310S license
• Valid G license
• Dealership and brand specific knowledge are beneficial.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
• Good time management skills.i
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
