Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Licensed Service Technician to join Oakville Honda. The role involves performing repairs, diagnostics, and warranty work with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced dealership environment and collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings. Required are 3+ years in a similar role, a valid 310S license and a valid G license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong mechanical repair aptitude and diagnostics knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance services following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay up to date on latest industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair techniques.
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay Rate: $30-$35/Hour

Qualifications

• Experienced Technicians with 3+ years in a fast-paced environmentand a valid 310S license
• Valid G license
• Dealership and brand specific knowledge are beneficial.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
