Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively searching for a Licensed Automotive Technician to join the Vaughan Chrysler team in Vaughan, ON. The role offers a pay rate of $40–$45 per hour (flat rate) and is focused on performing repairs and diagnostics to exacting standards.

Qualified candidates will have a 310S license, a valid G license, and experience in a fast-paced dealership environment. The position emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Valid 310S technician license is required.
• Valid G driver's license is required.
• Dealership and brand knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and perform repairs.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems.
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers with service advisors.
• Verify warranty eligibility before repairs.
• Assess if additional safety or service work is needed.
• Test drives to ensure repairs meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete repair orders accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance services following industrystandards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify anymalfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repairrecommendations to customers.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performingwarranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service workis required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicletechnology, and repair techniques
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Technicians with 3+ years in a fast-paced environmentand a valid 310S license
• Valid G license
• Dealership and brand specific knowledge are beneficial.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
