Job summary

DIlawri Group of Companies is seeking a Licensed Service Technician to join Thorncrest Ford. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive repair and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications include 310S/310T certification, Ontario G license, and dealership experience is a plus. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while upholding safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid 310S or 310T certification.
• Ontario G driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical and electrical repair skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle systems such as powertrain, electrical, and A/C.
• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs including oil changes and brake services.
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Interpreting schematics and technical manuals for vehicle repair.
• Assisting with heavy lifting of parts and components.
• Providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients/advisors.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicatedAutomotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess astrong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus ondelivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires mechanicalknowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. If you havea passion for vehicles and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate: $30-$50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostics andtroubleshooting on various vehicle systems such as, powertrain,electrical, and A/C systems on gas and diesel engines
• Conducting routinemaintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake services, and tirerotations
• Utilizing hand tools andpower tools safely and effectively
• Interpreting schematics andtechnical manuals for vehicle assembly and repair
• Assisting with heavy liftingof automotive parts and components
• Providing excellent customerservice by communicating effectively with clients/advisors about theirvehicle needs
• Maintaining a clean andorganized work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid 310Sor 310T certification (dual-certification an asset)
• CleanOntario “G” driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
• Previousdealership experience is preferred but not required
• Strongdiagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills, especially with Fordvehicles
• Proficiencyin using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Experiencein welding is a plus
• Ability tolift heavy objects as needed during repairs and maintenance tasks
• Acommitment to safety standards in the workplace
• Excellentcustomer service skills to foster positive relationships withclients
