Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively hiring a Licensed Service Technician for the Audi Thornhill team. You will perform repairs and maintenance, diagnostics, and collaborate with service advisors to deliver quality service.

Requirements include 3+ years in a fast-paced environment, a valid 310S license, and a G license. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $39–$45.

Qualifications

• Experienced Technician with 3+ years in a fast-paced environment and a valid 310S license.
• Valid G license required.
• Dealership and brand knowledge is a plus.
• Strong technical repair capability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers with service advisors.
• Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage prior to warranty repairs.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service work as needed.
• Road-test vehicles after repairs using safe driving practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and vehicle technology.
• Complete repair orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Pay Rate

$39-$45/Hour (Flat Rate)

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance services following industrystandards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify anymalfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repairrecommendations to customers.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performingwarranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service workis required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicletechnology, and repair techniques
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Technicians with 3+ years in a fast-paced environmentand a valid 310S license
• Valid G license
• Dealership and brand specific knowledge are beneficial.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
