Team Automotive Repair Center Inc. is seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician.
Job Description
  • Must have a Mechanics License
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles and electrical systems
  • Perform oil changes, tire repairs, tire changes, brake repairs, engine repairs, transmissions, electrical systems and any other vehicle related repairs (excluding body repairs)
  • Recommend maintenance vehicle items needed for customers
  • Record complete notes on work orders for repairs complete for each vehicles
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with vehicles – then give a list of repairs and parts needed
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to understand equipment operation and repair requirements
  • Have an extensive knowledge of tools required to perform repairs on all types of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies are followed
  • Provide guidance and training to apprentice technicians when required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation to work
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
