Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners at Volkswagen of Newmarket is seeking a licensed automotive technician (310S) with 3–4 years of direct repair experience. You will diagnose, repair, and document work to OEM standards, and road test vehicles as needed.

The role includes training apprentices and maintaining customer vehicle presentation. We offer strong earning potential starting at CAD 34.00 per hour plus a production bonus, with health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, plus RRSP matching

Qualifications

• 310S licensed technician with 3–4 years of direct repair experience.
• Strong mechanical repair knowledge and customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle repairs as assigned.
• Conducts vehicle inspections and diagnoses issues.
• Documents all work to Manufacturer standards on the repair order.
• Road tests vehicles as required.
• Keeps customer cars clean and presentable.
• Attends training courses as requested by service management.
• Assists in training and supervising apprentice technicians.
