Pfaff Automotive Partners Audi Vaughan in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking a 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our high‑performing Audi Vaughan service team. You will diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles to high standards, document work, and road test as needed.

You will mentor apprentices, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and take part in ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence is required.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify required repairs or maintenance.
• Complete all work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Accurately document completed and recommended work on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles as required to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles throughout the service process.
• Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs.
• Support and mentor Apprentice Technicians when required.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
