Pfaff Automotive Partners in Newmarket, Ontario is hiring a Lot Attendant/Porter to maintain vehicle displays, ensure showroom cleanliness, and support the sales team. You will inspect incoming vehicles, report damages, manage parking, and help with daily operations on the lot.

Requirements include 1+ year automotive experience, a valid Ontario driver’s license, ability to drive manual transmission, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure optimum customer service.
• Keep showroom cars clean and coordinate showroom readiness.
• Inspect delivery vehicles for quality and damages.
• Deliver/collect documents from License Bureau as needed.
• Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and note damages.
• Report defects to Sales Manager immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of lot, showroom and washrooms.
• Report to Sales Manager and assist sales department as needed.

You will be responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the vehicle display, appearance and general organization of all new and/or pre-owned vehicles at the dealership.
