Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician for Porsche Centre Markham in Markham, Ontario. You will perform repairs, diagnose issues, document work to manufacturer standards, and conduct road tests in a premium dealership setting.

The role requires a 310S certificate, 2+ years of experience, and a valid Ontario driver's licence. VW/Audi experience is a plus; you will mentor apprentices and participate in ongoing training in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) in Ontario
• Maintain all relevant licences and qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive service
• Volkswagen/Audi experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures
• Familiarity with provincial safety standards
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

What You'll Do

As a key member of our service team, you will:

What You Bring

• Certified 310S Automotive Service Technician (the trade certification to meet provincial requirements.)
• Maintain all relevant Licences and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience
• Volkswagen/Audi experience is an asset
• Knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.
• Familiarity with provincial safety standards
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and clean drivers abstract.
• Ability to drive manual transmission is required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
