Job summary

Long & McQuade Musical Instruments is seeking a part-time Lessons Associate in Mississauga to support the Music Lessons department. You will register and schedule students, answer phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers, and assist with payments and overdue accounts.

You will also help the Lessons Coordinator update student records and coordinate recital activities. Weekday, weeknights and weekend availability is required, along with strong customer service, communication and computer

• Minimum one year of instrumental music studies in school or through private lessons.
• Basic knowledge of musical instruments.
• Weekdays, weeknights and weekends availability.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Basic office and clerical skills.
