Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in British Columbia seeks a Music Lesson Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Lesson Centre and ensure policy compliance. You will interview and orient teachers, coordinate schedules, register students, enforce attendance and payments, and mentor staff.

You will also drive centre promotions, manage accounts, review revenue projections, and liaison with store teams to promote Long & McQuade products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of instrumental music studies.
• Strong knowledge of music education.
• Ability to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales or customer accounts management.
• Ability to manage people.

Responsibilities
