Job summary

Long & McQuade Musical Instruments in Charlottetown is seeking a part-time Lessons Associate to support the Music Lessons department. You will register and schedule students, answer inquiries, relay messages to teachers and assist with payments and records.

The role requires basic knowledge of instruments, strong customer service and the ability to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends. You will help with recitals and coordination tasks under the Lessons Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of instrumental music studies in school or through private lessons.
• Basic knowledge of musical instruments.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Basic office and clerical skills.
