Job summary

Long & McQuade Limited in Canada is seeking an friendly receptionist to register and schedule students, handle phone inquiries, relay messages to teachers, and assist with lesson payments.

You will support the Lessons Coordinator with updating student records, payroll reconciliation, recitals, and general clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of instrumental music studies in school or through private lessons.
• Basic knowledge of musical instruments.
• Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Basic office and clerical skills.
