Title: Receptionist (Law Firm)

Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Legal Receptionist to join our Hagersville office. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both internal team members and external clients.
What You Will Do:
- Operate a multi-line phone system, handling calls and directing them appropriately.
- Greet and log visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain office security by following protocols and procedures.
- Reserve and manage meeting rooms using the online booking system.
- Assist with last-minute meeting requests, setups, and audio-visual support.
- Order and maintain office supplies and ensure meeting rooms are clean and organized.
- Open and close the reception area as needed.
- Provide backup support within the Client Centre Services team.
- Handle staff absence calls and notify relevant personnel promptly.
- Assist with facilities management, including vendor and contractor coordination.
- Support management with planning and executing internal and external events.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm, corporate, or professional office environment (asset).
- Strong customer service orientation with a polished and courteous telephone manner.
- Diplomatic and professional demeanor.
- CPR and First Aid certification (optional but advantageous).
