Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Legal Receptionist to join our Hagersville office. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both internal team members and external clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate a multi-line phone system, handling calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Greet and log visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain office security by following protocols and procedures.
  • Reserve and manage meeting rooms using the online booking system.
  • Assist with last-minute meeting requests, setups, and audio-visual support.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and ensure meeting rooms are clean and organized.
  • Open and close the reception area as needed.
  • Provide backup support within the Client Centre Services team.
  • Handle staff absence calls and notify relevant personnel promptly.
  • Assist with facilities management, including vendor and contractor coordination.
  • Support management with planning and executing internal and external events.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
