Job summary

Rogers Communications is seeking an Analyst, Leasing Services to support leasing, lease administration, property tax, and vendor activities across Transaction teams. You will handle vendor lease abstraction, critical dates, and rent payments, leveraging TRIRIGA and related systems while coordinating with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong organization and data management skills, with experience in lease negotiations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience in commercial leasing, lease administration, or property management.
• Experience interpreting commercial real estate documentation and clauses, working with lease management systems, databases, and document management platforms.
• Extensive familiarity with landlord and tenant obligations, critical lease date implications, renewal and expiry processes, rent types, operating costs, utilities, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property tax assessment and appeals process.
• Respond to lease clause interpretation inquiries from business units.
• Assist with management of third-party vendor service delivery.
• Assist with monthly rent roll and variance review as needed.
• Liaise with accounting regarding real estate payable and receivable matters.
