Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced real estate professional to manage new lease and renewal files, oversee property activities across portfolios in Montreal and beyond, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

You will liaise with internal teams and external partners to protect Rogers’ interests. Responsibilities include negotiating with landlords, maintaining portfolio oversight, updating Excel tracking tools, and coordinating with municipalities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration with Real Estate focus or related field.
• 3+ years real estate management, lease administration, or portfolio coordination.
• Experience negotiating real estate agreements with landlords and partners.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rent, lease terms and conditions with property owners per Rogers criteria.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and partners.
• Prepare documentation in line with corporate standards.
• Obtain property titles and legal opinions to protect company interests.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets for projects.
• Coordinate with team, municipalities, landlords and stakeholders; communicate changes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and update monthly tracking reports.
