Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Leasing Services to support leasing, lease administration, property tax, and related vendor activities across multiple Transaction teams.

The role requires handling vendor lease abstraction, critical dates, and rental payments with strong data management skills and TRIRIGA proficiency. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data while collaborating with landlords, tenants,

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience in commercial leasing, lease administration, or property management.
• Experience with lease management systems and databases.
• Familiar with IFRS, SOX compliance and lease accounting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property tax assessment and appeals process.
• Respond to lease clause interpretation inquiries.
• Assist with management of third-party vendor service delivery.
• Assist with coordination of monthly rent roll and variance review.
• Liaise with accounting regarding real estate payable and receivable matters.
• Generate ad hoc reports, as needed, using database software and Excel.
• Participate in lease and renewal negotiations, as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, tenants, and vendors.
