Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Lease Analyst to handle the full scope of Lease Administration, including document abstraction, rent analysis and critical date tracking. You will manage landlord and vendor relationships, ensure accurate real estate tax calculations, and support billing and CAM processes from a remote Toronto-based setup.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data management and cross-functional collaboration within a global real estate services organization.

Qualifications

• Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases).
• Perform rent variance analysis and rent payment processing.
• Manage client/vendor/landlord relationships.
• Resolve rent and other landlord/tenant issues.
• Review annual landlord reconciliations and real estate tax calculations for accuracy.
• Enter, validate and manage lease documents; track critical dates.
• Review CAM escalations and real estate tax invoices.
• Oversee subtenant accounts and billing/collections.

Responsibilities

• Support full scope of Lease Administration services.
• Maintain lease data accuracy and document workflow.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by manager.
