Rogers Communications is seeking an Analyst, Leasing Services to support leasing, lease administration, property tax, and vendor activities across Transaction teams. Reporting to the Director, Corp Portfolio Mgmt & Leasing Services, the Analyst, Leasing Services will support leasing, lease administration, property tax, and related vendor activities for all Transaction teams, including Corporate, Network, and Retail. The Analyst, Leasing Services will be responsible for supporting vendor lease abstraction, including critical dates and rental payments, across a variety of portfolios with a high degree of complexity. This role will regularly collaborate with third-party service providers and have expert level proficiency with a property and lease database (TRIRIGA), document management systems, and related reporting.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data and documentation, while collaborating with internal stakeholders, landlords, tenants, vendors, and consultants.
