Job Title: Leasing Coordinator / Inside Sales Support

We’re seeking a highly motivated Leasing Coordinator / Inside Sales Support professional to join our expanding team. This role involves sales support and administrative coordination, perfect for someone passionate about helping people find their next home while supporting a dynamic leasing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and promote available rental units.
  • Make outbound calls to qualified leads and match them with suitable apartments.
  • Send customized property options through our internal systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate showings for leasing agents.
  • Maintain organized CRM records and lead tracking.
  • Process rental applications and assist with lease signings.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and follow-ups.
  • Support leasing agents with administrative tasks and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a sales-driven environment with lead qualification experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email tools, and calendar management.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws or rental application processes.
  • Multilingual abilities.
