About the Leasing Specialist role

• Resident Ambassador: Build strong relationships and ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns.
• Leasing Champion: Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, monitor vacancies, and meet leasing targets.
• Operations Guru: Handle payments, property inspections, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proven ability to address concerns and meet performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance may be required.
