What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to the tenant experience. Your role includes:

• Marketing and showing available suites to prospective tenants
• Managing lease agreements, renewals, move-in, and move-outs
• Creating and maintaining seamless resident experiences
• Responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in property management, or a related field
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and property management standards is an asset
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
