Job summary

Sodales Solutions is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging learning content for SAP cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and Ariba. You will design e‑learning courses, instructor‑led materials, videos, simulations, and knowledge articles while shaping structured learning paths for consultants, customers, and partners.

Working with product managers, analysts, and SMEs, you will ensure materials align with product releases and branding standards, manage LMS

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning & enablement, customer education, or a related role.
• Experience developing training content for software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technology solutions.
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, learner‑focused content.
• Experience creating e‑learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation techniques.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working in Agile product environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Ariba is considered a strong asset.

• Develop product certification programs, assessments, and knowledge checks to evaluate learner understanding and proficiency.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to support new product launches by creating enablement materials and training programs.
• Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring materials remain current and aligned with product releases.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to identify learning gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate virtual and instructor‑led training sessions as required for employees, customers, and partners.
