Job summary

The Dufresne Group is hiring a Learning Experience & Development Specialist in Winnipeg. You will design, deliver, and manage learning solutions across the organization, combining instructional design, digital content, and LMS administration to build capability and readiness.

You will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts, facilitating engaging sessions and continuously improving content based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, learning technology, or a related field
• Experience developing learning content, facilitating learning experiences, and supporting an LMS
• Intermediate experience with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline
• Experience with LMS course setup, learning paths, completion tracking, reporting, and content version control
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and facilitation skills
• Experience with AI-enabled content tools is an asset
• Relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and directly related experience

• Design eLearning modules, videos, job aids, assessments, facilitator materials, and practical application tools

What You Bring
