Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada seeks an experienced Learning Delivery professional to design and facilitate impactful workshops and leadership programs across the organization. You will drive training via diverse formats, including VILT and in-person sessions, ensuring engagement at all levels.

Collaboration with vendors and stakeholders is essential to deliver programs that stay current, relevant, and cost-effective while meeting organisational needs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in learning delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or education (experience and education may be considered).
• Experience applying adult learning principles is an asset.

• Deliver training using diverse delivery methods including VILT & in-person offerings to learners at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and strong partnerships.
• Ensure learning content & delivery methods remain current, relevant, and cost-effective while meeting the needs of the CRS.

Requirements

• Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in learning delivery.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in business or education (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have experience in applying adult learning principles (considered an asset).
