Job summary

A financial services firm in Toronto is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and facilitate innovative training programs for employees. The successful candidate will leverage their instructional design skills and 3+ years of related experience to create impactful learning solutions. Strong proficiency in MS O365 and experience with e-learning tools are essential. This role is based in a modern office location within walking distance from Union Station.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in financial services in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional systems design methodology.
• Experience with authoring and e-learning design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences in-person, blended, and online.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine appropriate learning solutions.
• Evaluate learner application of skills and knowledge.
