Job summary

TD is seeking a Learning Designer to translate approved business and learning requirements into practical, engaging, and performance-focused learning experiences. You will develop learning journeys, curricula, courses, simulations, assessments, facilitator materials, performance-support tools, and reinforcement resources in collaboration with SMEs and partners.

You will apply adult learning principles, ensure accessibility and quality, and maintain design records while aligning with CBCC

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or related field.
• Experience translating business requirements into learning objectives, practical experiences, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into detailed learning solutions.
• Design end-to-end learning experiences supporting Day 2 development and capability uplift.
• Develop storyboards, pathways, courses, assessments, and facilitator materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs, learning ops, and technology partners to deliver assets.
