Job summary

Calgarydropin is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to design and deliver engaging training programs at our Calgary location. You will craft curricula, develop resources, and leverage adult learning principles to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires facilitation across in-person and virtual formats, collaboration with SMEs, and ongoing evaluation to improve learning outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and LMS proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of adult learning principles and common instructional approaches.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience facilitating, co-facilitating, or supporting the delivery of adult learning or training programs.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Create blended learning experiences using in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
