Job summary

IATA is seeking a senior Learning Experience lead to shape learner journeys across our training platforms. You will drive end-to-end design, governance, and platform configurations to deliver scalable, engaging experiences for thousands of professionals.

You will collaborate with product, technical, and data teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide content standards while advancing digital learning across a global network.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of learner journey design, UX, and digital content structuring within LMS.
• Experience translating business needs into usable learning experiences.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and governance of learner journeys across training platforms.
• Oversee LMS configuration, course catalogs, experience tracks, and learner communications.
• Collaborate with product, technical and data teams to optimize learning solutions.
• Provide leadership for issue resolution and high-quality user support.
• Develop documentation and standards for content presentation and navigation.
