Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a Learning Designer to design and develop education and training solutions for external audiences on technical subjects, applying adult learning theory and competency-based approaches. You will work with external SMEs and the Product Management team to ensure content accuracy and relevance, and to evaluate learner outcomes with assessments.

Responsibilities include developing engaging learning materials, ensuring accessibility, and guiding content from concept to publication

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in the sciences, humanities, engineering, trades, business or other related area.
• Postgraduate certificate, diploma or degree in instructional design, adult learning or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in needs assessment, job task analysis facilitation.
• Experience developing adult learning coursework.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills, including Adobe Cloud software, Articulate 360, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Occasional travel is required for this position.
• Fluency in French is a requirement for candidates hired for our Quebec office.
• Fluency in English is a requirement to meet the needs of our clients outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities
