Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Production Supervisor in Markham to lead an hourly manufacturing team. You will drive operational performance, safety, quality, and on-time delivery under the supervision of the Manufacturing Shop Operations manager.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean understanding, and hands-on problem solving. You will collaborate across functions, support shift coverage, and mentor team members to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record delivering results.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors and motivates employees.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience.
• Excellent communicator, decision-maker, and collaborator.
