Job summary

InVision Staffing Services Inc. is recruiting on behalf of a leading Canadian manufacturer to hire a Sr. Production Supervisor in Scarborough, Ontario. The role oversees daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.

You will supervise staff, coordinate workflow, monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement, with opportunities for growth in a stable, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems and safety.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities and production staff.
• Ensure schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate objectives.
• Coach and develop team members to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, engineering, and supply chain.
