Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Calgary is seeking a Supervisor, Loss Prevention to lead a team of investigators, monitor store compliance and protect assets. You will partner with store management to analyze stock shortages, conduct investigations and implement Loss Prevention strategies across the store network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of LP leadership in retail, a current Provincial Security Guard license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Law Enforcement or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of progressive Loss Prevention experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
• Current Provincial Security Guard License.
• Standard First Aid, CPR OPA Level II.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of Loss Prevention Investigators and ensure adequate coverage.
• Analyze reports related to stock shortage, investigations and fraud prevention objectives.
• Review inventory accuracy and shortage controls to identify risk exposures and trends.
• Communicate audit results to store management to address operational opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to communicate Loss Prevention directives and standards.
• Lead investigations in collaboration with law enforcement as needed.
• Provide coaching and development to direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations and cyber security measures.
