Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Canada is seeking a Manager, Loss Prevention to lead strategies protecting assets and reducing shrinkage. This role partners with Store Senior Leadership to drive EBITDA, safety, and compliance.

You will manage the Loss Prevention and Audit & Control teams, implement the National Store Audit program, and deliver analytics to support budgeting and operational excellence. 5-7 years of post-university experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of post-university work experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of Loss Prevention technologies and hardware; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster communication with Store Leadership to support EBITDA through increased profits and reduced shrinkage.
• Deliver Loss Prevention programs and oversee the LP team and audits.
• Lead analytics, payroll management, and operational audits to achieve yearly goals and budgets.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, and overall operational excellence.
