Job description

Blue Water Wash provides industrial cleaning for livestock trucks and trailers as well as custom washing of RVs, farm equipment and heavy machinery.

We are looking for a motivate leader to join our team at Blue Water Wash in the role of Lead Hand on our Day Shift.

Hours:

Rotating Saturday shift

Wage:

$19.50/ Hour starting wage with regular Wage Reviews

Responsibilities include:

• Working with Management & other Leaders to provide Leadership of the shift
• Working with Scheduler to maximize efficiencies
• Communicate with Dispatch
• Take bookings from outside customers
• Hold daily shift safety meetings
• Washing trailers as required
• Building a positive team environment
• Ensuring trailer washes meet specifications
• Ensuring SOP?
• Providing excellent customer service by phone and in person
• Completion of paperwork
• Movement of Livestock Trailer with Yard Truck or Customer Semi?
• Light duty repairs & maintenance at facility

Skills & Experience:

• Previous Leadership experience
• Detail orientated & Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to Learn new skills
