Insight Global is looking for a Lead Data Developer (Full Stack) to join a forward-thinking technology team at one of Canada's largest banking clients, driving innovation and modernization. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on development with strategic leadership to deliver cutting‑edge solutions across multiple applications. The core project consolidates four legacy websites into a single, organized storefront. Additionally, it requires building a data warehouse to centralize investment product information and setting up APIs to distribute data to other applications and websites seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL within Azure environments.
• Cloud & Data Solutions: Implement and optimize Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelines, and Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Application Modernization: Contribute to modernization initiatives, DevOps adoption, and process automation.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide developers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, full stack development, and data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Development in Azure Synapse.
• Experience implementing SSO & MFA setups.
• Solid understanding of SOLID design principles and code quality best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
