TD Canada Trust Laval Centre-Ville seeks a Personal Banking Associate to assist customers with daily banking needs, new accounts, and personalized guidance. You will refer customers to the right staff and promote TD digital solutions.

The role requires a High School diploma or 1+ years of experience, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication. Base pay ranges CAD 45,700 to CAD 61,000 per year, with opportunities for growth within TD.

Competenze

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter with strong administration, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communicator with ability to connect with customers and teams.

Mansioni

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
• Understand customer needs and guide to appropriate contact for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Build customer confidence in digital banking via mobile, ATM, and online platforms.
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and achieve excellence.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and in line with regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct.
