Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Montréal branch who can guide customers through everyday banking needs, open new accounts, advise on products, and connect clients with the right specialist.

You will engage customers, educate on digital banking, support frontline staff with transactions, and help deliver an exceptional client experience while upholding TD's conduct and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC licensing within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report non-standard matters.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Promote teamwork and drive a positive, equitable work environment.
