Job summary

TD Canada Trust is hiring a Personal Banking Associate at our Charlesbourg branch to guide customers to the right staff for accounts, investments, and banking solutions, delivering a helpful service experience.

The role focuses on building customer relationships, understanding needs, and promoting digital banking tools while ensuring accuracy and compliance with TD's conduct standards. A high school diploma and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensing requirements for mutual fund roles must be met (CIRO).
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic environment with strong admin, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Dynamic, diligent influencer with can-do attitude to exercise initiative and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong communicator with customer experience skills able to connect with customers and teams courteously.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital trends.
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to work practices, branch operations, and processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Participate in timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects business intentions and TD's Conduct Code and Ethics.
• Foster a positive and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
