Adecco is actively seeking a Land Tenure Coordinator to support government documentation, land use permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental / operational planning. This full-time remote role (AB or BC) offers an annual salary of $68,500 and requires approximately 25% travel to lodges and backcountry locations. The coordinator will work closely with sustainability, development, and natural resource management teams to ensure strong relationships with government agencies, Indigenous communities, and local stakeholders.

  • Pay Rate : $68.5k / year.
  • Location : Remote (Alberta or British Columbia)
  • Shift : Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, track, and manage land tenure and park use permit applications, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all government documentation
  • Support engagement initiatives with government agencies, Indigenous communities, and stakeholder groups
  • Monitor changes in regulations and advise leadership on potential impacts
  • Assist with development of environmental and operational management plans aligned with sustainability goals
  • Maintain the centralized permit database and support audit activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sustainability, development, and government relations teams
  • Work remotely with up to 25% travel required to lodges (11 lodges total) and backcountry areas
  • Work occasional evenings or weekends depending on project timelines or field requirements
  • Ensure all actions comply with relevant government regulations and internal policies
Requirements
