Job Summary

As an L&D Designer/Developer (LMS Administrator), you will manage the “MyLearning” SumTotal LMS platform to support enterprise learning initiatives. This role involves audience scoping, LMS configuration, compliance tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions that ensure accurate targeting, regulatory compliance, and an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audience Scoping & Configuration
    • Review and document course audience requirements with stakeholders.
    • Build and validate LMS audiences against approval documentation.
    • Manage post-launch audience changes.
  • LMS Operations
    • Process Business Learning Needs Requests (LNRs) and LMS maintenance requests.
    • Configure and test eLearning courses, ILT, and virtual sessions.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of LMS specifications.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Partner with L&D Designers, Program Managers, HR Data Teams, and Learning Advisors.
    • Provide guidance on LMS capabilities and best practices.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain LMS configuration records and approvals.
    • Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning & Development (required).
  • 5–10 years of prior L&D, instructional design, or LMS administration experience.
  • Proven expertise with SumTotal LMS administration.
  • Ability to interpret HR data for audience targeting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Certification in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Human Performance Technology.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
