Job summary

Tim Hortons Estrie is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for their Ascot Corner, QC location. This permanent, shift-based role offers $20.00/hour for 35 to 40 hours per week.

The Kitchen Supervisor will supervise and coordinate food service staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and manage records and reports. Flexibility and reliability are essential for a fast-paced environment with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in food service or a kitchen environment.
• No specific degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a physically demanding environment.
• Own transportation required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be available for shift or on-call work.
