Job summary

Tim Hortons Estrie is seeking a Kitchen Helper for a busy Sherbrooke cafe. This physically demanding, fast-paced role rewards reliability, teamwork and a can-do attitude in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include food prep, packaging take-out, stocking and cleaning duties, and maintaining hygiene standards. No formal education required; 1–7 months experience preferred; must be eligible to work in Canada and available for flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and

Tim Hortons Estrie is hiring a Kitchen Helper at their coffee shop location in Sherbrooke, QC. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role ideal for someone reliable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a busy kitchen environment.

Tasks include:

• Place dishes in storage area
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• Handle and store cleaning products
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, working under pressure, attention to detail required.

Requirements:

• No degree, certificate or diploma required
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Available for shift or on-call work including early mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends
