Job summary

Value Buds Vegreville, part of SNDL, is seeking a Keyholder / Shift Lead to provide exceptional service and lead by example in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. You’ll help customers navigate products, supervise shifts, and support teammates.

The role involves merchandise upkeep, POS operation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Flex scheduling, employee discounts, and ongoing product training are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.
