Job summary

Value Buds in London, Ontario, is seeking a Keyholder/Shift Lead for cannabis retail. You will lead by example, ensure excellent customer service, assist with product education, and support daily store operations, including POS transactions and inventory checks.

The role emphasizes compliance with cannabis regulations, customer-first engagement, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Prior cannabis retail exposure and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
