Job summary

Value Buds Finchdale Plaza in Toronto is seeking a motivated Keyholder/Shift Lead to welcome customers and model excellent service. You’ll guide daily operations, assist with merchandising, operate the POS, and help teammates during busy shifts.

You bring retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a Cannabis Selling Certification. You must lift up to 40 lbs, pass a criminal record check, and comply with province rules.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.
